Dr. Soheil Jahandari
PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR
Sam (Soheil) Jahandari holds a PhD focused on “concrete waterproofing admixtures & durability” from Western Sydney University, Australia. He also has over 17 years of work experience in the concrete industry, and is a globally recognised expert in the field of “concrete waterproofing/durability-improving admixtures”.
Sam is currently working as the Director of Chem Concrete, and is one of the main inventors of “hybrid” concrete waterproofing admixtures technology. With over 17 years of experience in concrete technology, testing, durability, and manufacturing, Sam’s greatest strength and passion is “Advancing the Hybrid Concrete Waterproofing Admixtures & Technology”.
Jim Kaylor
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jim Kaylor – Second generation ‘student’ of concrete and cement chemistry here on the West Coast since 1985. Father sent me out to spend a week with Jim McDowell at the Calmat Lab in Irwindale, California….and never looked back. A respected, long time supplier built on consistent and close relationships with the commercial ready-mix world here on the West Coast. Able to assimilate large amounts of data, allowing design and manufacturing level quality control; from the factory to installation. With a thorough knowledge of sales, service and support throughout the Project Delivery schedule; at an un-matched level and tempo, with a focus on the Sustainable Built Environment. Heck, I even left for a short time training out of the OTC and even taught middle school in Pacoima, before coming back. Just a peddler that thinks he’s an engineer.
